How soon will I receive the product ?
The delivery time depends on two factors:

the production time of the item,

the shipping time according to the destination country.
Some products require 3 days of production,
while others may take up to 30 days.
Therefore, the delivery time can be determined after contacting us
with details about the specific item.
Is it possible to ship a product abroad?
Yes, of course! We ship products to over 300 different countries, according to the shipping options available through Israel Post.
The delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually 10–21 days.
It is also possible to order express shipping for an additional fee, based on the Israel Post rate or another courier company.
What happens if the product is
damaged during shipping?
We make every effort to carefully package the products so they arrive
at their destination intact.
We use high-quality packaging materials to protect the items !
If, despite this, an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of the matter.
In cases of shipments for expensive items, the cost of shipping will include the cost of insurance in the event that the item is damaged in transit
Why is the shipping cost so expensive?
Our products are made from solid natural wood and the finest hardware materials,
which makes the items heavy and shipping costs high.
We charge for shipping at cost only!
Shipping may be expensive, but when your item arrives, it will be worth it.
Can I cancel the transaction and get my money back?
The items are produced as custom-made orders, sometimes according to the client’s requested dimensions.
Therefore, it is not always possible to cancel a special order.
Nevertheless, we review each case individually.
If the item has already been shipped to the customer,
the customer will return the item at their own expense, and if the item
arrives in perfect condition, a refund will be issued.
Cancellation of a purchase will not be accepted after 14 business days
from the date of the order.
